Royal Eagle Charters requires a £100.00 deposit (payable to A.Edwards); this deposit must be received no later than 7 days from the date of booking, or the date may be offered to others. This deposit is fully refundable subject to the following conditions:

* Cancellation must be received by the skipper, giving him at least 14 days notice, prior to the booked date.
* Cancellation by the Skipper, due to adverse weather conditions, or operational difficulties.

For customer relations and safety we kindly ask people not to consume excessive quantities of alcohol during the trip. Also the taking or bringing on board of drugs is strictly forbidden. We apologize for making this a stipulation but a few people can ruin the whole day for everyone, and safety can be compromised
